This is an English translation provided for information purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit www.pastviewexperience.com and when you contact us. This website is for information only: it has no forms, does not allow you to create accounts or buy from it, and does not set cookies while you browse.

What data we process and why

Visits to the website. To serve the website and protect it from attacks, traffic passes through Cloudflare, which acts as a data processor and processes the IP address and technical data of each request (browser, page requested, date and time). Our server, located in the European Union, does not keep access logs with visitors’ IP addresses.
Usage statistics. We use Plausible Analytics, installed on our own server in the European Union. It does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not store IP addresses: we only obtain aggregated, anonymous figures (pages viewed, country, device type, referring page and clicks on external links), which cannot be used to identify you.
YouTube videos. The videos on “What is Past View?” do not load until you press the play button. When you press it, your browser connects to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) through its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which receives your IP address and may store cookies or other data in your browser in accordance with its privacy policy. What YouTube does with that data is its own responsibility; the basis for that connection is your decision to play the video.
Contact by email or telephone. If you write to us or call us, we will use your contact details and whatever you tell us solely to deal with your enquiry or your booking. The legal basis is your own request and, where there is a booking, the contractual relationship.

Ticket purchases

Tickets are purchased on the sales platform welcome.pastviewexperience.com, which has its own privacy policy. This website only links to it and does not receive or store the data you enter there.

How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, where applicable, for the periods required by law. Plausible statistics are anonymous and contain no personal data.

We do not sell or transfer personal data. The only parties involved are the providers who deliver the service on our behalf (hosting with OVH, in the European Union, and Cloudflare as a content delivery and protection network), with whom we have data processing agreements in place. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation. If you play a video, YouTube directly receives the data described above.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@pastviewexperience.com. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
