Cancellation and Refund Policy

This is an English translation provided for information purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms apply to all Past View routes, visits and experiences. If a tour page states a specific condition, the condition on that page prevails.

Cancellation by Past View

Past View reserves the right to cancel the booked route due to unsuitable weather conditions. We consider that the route cannot be enjoyed in the rain, and the Past View glasses must not get wet. In that case, the booking will be moved to another day or time slot. If the rain is very light, the route may go ahead and we recommend that you bring an umbrella.

The same applies if the activity cannot take place due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, riots, closure of the monuments or other situations beyond Past View’s control). If none of the dates or time slots we offer you are suitable, we will refund the amount paid.

Date changes by the customer

If you wish to change the date of your route, it is at the company’s discretion whether this can be done. The booking date may only be changed for a justified reason of force majeure, and the company will provide you with the available options. You must give at least 24 hours’ notice by writing to reservas@pastviewexperience.com or calling 672 293 604. In no case will the amount be refunded.

Cancellation by the customer

If you cancel the booking or do not show up, the amount is non-refundable.

As these are leisure services for a specific date and time, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 103(l) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

Groups

If a group cancellation is notified 15 days or more in advance, the full amount paid will be refunded. Between 15 and 7 days beforehand, 50% of the amount paid. With less than 7 days’ notice, no amount will be refunded.

Punctuality

The activity will start at the time shown in the schedule. If you arrive late and the activity has already started, you will lose your booking or ticket with no possibility of a refund.

How to request a change or a refund

Write to us at reservas@pastviewexperience.com stating the name on the booking, the date and the tour. Any refunds due will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
