Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation provided for information purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms govern the purchase of Past View routes, visits and experiences. By making a booking, you declare that you have read and accepted them.

1. Who provides the service

Past View is a tourism product of Sebka Technology S.L., tax ID (CIF) B90015454, with registered office at Calle Faustino Álvarez 29, local, 41002 Sevilla. Telephone: 954 374 172. Email: info@pastviewexperience.com. The company’s other details are set out in the legal notice.

2. How to book

This website is for information only: it does not sell tickets or collect data. Each tour page explains how to book:

Purchases must be made at least 2 days before the chosen date.

You can also pay in cash at our customer service point (Las Setas de Sevilla, level -1, Plaza de la Encarnación, 41003 Sevilla). In that case, the booking is not confirmed, nor are the places guaranteed, until payment is made.

The booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email with its details. Keep it and show it when you arrive at the meeting point.

3. Prices

The prices shown on each tour page are per person and include VAT. Reduced rates must be supported by an official document on arrival.

The price includes the company of a Past View guide or assistant and the use, during the booked route, of the devices (smartglasses, touchpad and headphones). Experiences that include food, a show or tickets to monuments say so on their page. It does not include any other service not specified, such as transfers or tips.

The guide or leader of a pre-arranged group does not go free: if they are going to use a Past View device, they must pay for it.

4. How the activity works

Routes run in the time slots and at the times published on each tour page, with a maximum of 20 people per time slot. The meeting point, duration and languages are also shown on each page.

The activity starts at the time indicated. If you arrive late and it has already begun, you will lose your booking with no possibility of a refund.

The routes are done on foot through the streets of Seville. If anyone in your group has reduced mobility, please ask us before booking which routes are adapted.

5. Use of the devices

Past View devices are handed out at the start of the route and returned at the end. You must use them following the guide’s instructions and look after them during the activity.

To confirm a group booking, the institution or person responsible for the group must leave a deposit of 600 euros, as a hold on their bank card, to cover any damage, breakage, loss or theft of the devices during their use.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

These are governed by the cancellation and refund policy and, where applicable, by the specific conditions on each tour page.

7. Force majeure

Past View shall not be liable for interruptions, suspensions or malfunctions of the service due to natural disasters, situations of force majeure, strikes, lockouts, riots, closure of the monuments or any other fortuitous cause. If, for these reasons or because of adverse weather conditions, an activity has to be suspended, you will be offered a change to another date or time slot or, if that does not suit you, a refund of the amount paid.

8. Liability

Past View accepts no liability for incidents caused by third parties during the route, for the consequences of accidental situations beyond the company’s control, or for access to non-adapted spaces that are not part of the booked route.

9. Personal data

The data you provide when booking or writing to us is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

10. Complaints

You can send us any complaint or claim at info@pastviewexperience.com or to our office address. Official complaint forms of the Junta de Andalucía (Regional Government of Andalusia) are also available to you.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular by the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

Past View may modify these terms to adapt them to changes in the law or in its services. The terms in force at the time of booking shall apply.
